With this, I carve a little bit of space of my own on the Internet.

The plan: to post (and rant) about Linux, programming and my research. I will try my best to be as close as possible to what I believe is a good website:

  • Straight to the point.
  • No javascript and cookies. They have legitimate uses, but not here.
  • No ads, tracking, prompts and other diseases of the modern web.
  • Optimized images. Vector preferred.

I also host a few things you might want to use (see sidebar):

  • SearXNG, a metasearch engine that protects your privacy. No logs.
  • Whitebophir, an online whiteboard. Drawings are stored unencrypted and it’s out of my hands. The erasing tool removes drawings for good.
  • Gitea, a git server. Private.
  • Nextcloud, cloud storage. Private.
